Vintage-style halter dress in deep navy with a fitted bodice and flared A-line skirt. Features a plunging V neckline trimmed in white and a long self-tie halter strap. Contrast panels in a green/white/blue abstract floral print at the bust and a matching printed hem border for a mod, beachy look.
