Benotti floral smocked panel skirt. Vintage-inspired spring/summer look with an all-over tiny flower print, elastic waistband, and tiered/pleated skirt panels for swingy movement. Made with cotton (see tag). No major wear noted in photos—ready for casual school or warm-weather days.
