Vintage 1990s–2000s ribbed velvet turtleneck top, made in Italy. A standout Y2K party piece with a bold red and black tie-dye swirl and metallic red glitter thread running through the fabric.

Fit & cut: Fitted cut with a short turtleneck collar and cap sleeves — a classic late-90s going-out silhouette that skims the body.
